No. 11 Nelson Street is a private house in the centre of Edinburgh's famous New Town offering Bed and Breakfast in central Edinburgh. We are within 5 minutes walking distance of Edinburgh city centre with many art galleries, coffee houses, bars and restaurants close by. You will be welcomed as a member of the family whilst enjoying plenty of privacy. We have 2 sunny en-suite front bedrooms, both with king-size beds and spectacular views to the Firth of Forth. We provide a delicious breakfast

at a time of your choosing. As a guest, you may request washing done (£5 per load) and ironed if required. We have one folding bike to lend (£5 per day). In some years, we've had guests join our Christmas dinner celebrations, we've driven them to airport / station, we've taken them to the Lane Sale and then packed and posted their purchase. We are very flexible and accommodating.
